Inglewood Schools embrace the Student Reward Card program

Students at Morningside High School and Inglewood High School will have the opportunity to sign up for a new style of fund raising program this year.

Augmenting their current fund raising, students will have the opportunity to use their Student Reward Card Prepaid Visa® at participating merchants who, in turn, will donate a percentage of the sale back to the school.

Student Reward Card, a Prepaid Visa®, is used by Parents, Students and Supporters.  It helps campuses reduce cash needs on campuses and can be used at any merchant who accepts Visa. Plus parents can monitor their child's spending habits while the student learns valuable money management skills.

If a Parent or Student uses their Student Reward Card at a participating merchant, the school earns money and student earns reward points.  Thus the Student Reward Card is also a fund raising vehicle.

"We're pleased to announce that well over 30 local merchants have signed up to participate - giving 5% to 20% of purchases made with the Student Reward Card as a donation back to the school." says Ron King, Chief Administrative Officer of the Rancho Cucamonga firm.
